RETROFLEX DRUMSTICKS™
Introducing the RetroFlex e-STICK™ A Fun, Flexible and Anti-Vibe drumstick designed to play on any type of electronic drum surface. E-drummers want a better experience that allows us to play on hard rubber, nylon and plastic surfaces with some of the finesse, dynamics, comfort and flex of playing on an acoustic drum set. Over many years, I searched for a solution for flexible drumsticks that are specifically designed to play on these types of surfaces. I wanted a fun, dynamic experience compared to solid wood drumsticks. With millions of DIGITAL drummers worldwide and approximately 50,000 new electronic drumsets being sold annually in the USA alone, we are very excited to finally bring a high quality patented™ e-drumstick product to the global market, specifically targeted at electronic drummers. As a way of altering the status quo, we have come to establish our company, RetroFlex DrumSticks™
RetroFlex e-Sticks™ feel lighter, are incredibly comfortable to hold, and have significantly more Anti-Vibration qualities than regular solid wood drumsticks. The Flex & Whip properties enhance the technical ability of the drummer with exceptional triggering, quickness and enhanced finger grip™ for better control, rebound and comfort. “These drumsticks really fly, they seem to have wings”
ELECTRONIC DRUMMING
Playing a traditional acoustic set of drums or playing on an electronic drum set does have very obvious distinctions; most notably, the surface being played on. Both professional and recreational e-drummers can play on extremely hard surfaces that are similar to an automobile dashboard, carry on luggage, or a nice ping pong paddle, lol. This is a very different feel from the flexible moving surface and rebound of an acoustic drum or cymbal. Current mesh heads are a better playing experience, but can damage easily from a splintered or worn solid wood drumstick. RetroFlex e-Sticks™ allow drummers to play electronic drums for as long and as dynamic as they would like, without feeling hand, wrist or arm stress from hitting such hard surfaces. The FingerGrip™ feature makes the sticks easy to control, technical and fun to play. “RetroFlex e-Sticks™ would be a great addition to any electronic drummers stick bag!”

YOUTUBE CHANNEL
Over the last few years, I’ve made hundreds of YouTube drum cover videos for the numerous facebook and electronic drumming groups I’m involved with. Many rhythmic styles and genres, but my favorite is from the 1980’s synth dance rock era. I’ll showcase 6 drum cover videos each month here on rotation. On a typical live 3 hour show, I’ll smack my e-drums 25,000 times! Over the last 3 years, RetroFlex DrumSticks™ prototypes have hit my various electronic drum kits millions of times, assuring you a dependable, durable product. With so many drummers not being able to play out live because of the pandemic, I’m a huge advocate of playing along with drumless tracks to fill your playing time and bring joy to your life. There are currently so many free and paid DRUMLESS music tracks available for any style or drumming level you desire. I call this “Drumaoke” and it has become such a force in my life, that I want to share what I’ve learned about drumsticks, playing along with drumless tracks, making drum cover videos and the history of electronic drums!
